But Halo 5 Isn’t Being Added To The Master Chief Collection

Halo: The Master Chief Collection is the most complete Halo bundle ever published, but it doesn’t have each one of Master Chief’s journeys included inside. Halo 5 is the only mainline game missing from the group, and it is likely to remain that way.

That is no surprise, as 343 continues to be saying for a long time today that it does not have any plans to add Halo 5 to MCC.

Microsoft says again that it has no plans to deliver Halo 5 into The Master Chief Collection.

“[Halo 4] is the final Halo title we currently have intended for the collection (sorry to crush the Halo 5 in MCC dreams), so let’s finish strong!” 343 said.
Developer 343 Industries reaffirmed at a blog post which Halo 5 is not currently planned to be added into The Master Chief Collection. The wording indicates this isn’t a set-in-stone declaration, but for the time being, it appears quite unlikely that Halo 5 will combine The Master Chief Collection.

As it stands, Halo 4 is going to be the final game added to the collection on PC. The Xbox One edition has included Halo 4 because release in 2014.

Halo 4 will be added to MCC on PC in October, beginning with a beta exam that’s scheduled to begin very shortly. In the blog article, 343 said the start-date for its Halo 4 evaluation is”rapidly coming”
